Strengthening Privacy with VIS Version 26 SP1
We’re pleased to announce a major step forward in privacy protection with the release of VIS version 26 SP1: blurring is now enabled by default in video logs.
This new feature automatically blurs detected individuals in logged footage, helping our customers meet growing privacy and data protection expectations—including GDPR compliance—without any additional setup.
Blurring applies to specified detection classes (such as persons) and is configurable per vislet. The system logs the blurring settings at startup to ensure transparency and traceability.
